| Individuals who have contributed to the
Hallmark Healthcare success story and put the company’s
Charter into practice were celebrated at the company’s sixth
annual care awards ceremony in September.
The celebration took the form of a glamorous James Bond, Casino
Royale style evening at the luxury Radisson Edwardian Hotel in
Heathrow. Nearly 200 people attended the fun-filled event hosted
by Big Brother 2 winner, Brian Dowling, along
with Miss Wales 2009, Lucy Whitehouse to help celebrate the accomplishments
of Hallmark staff throughout the year.
During the event, 30 finalists were acknowledged by senior management
and corporate sponsors, for their contribution to Hallmark Healthcare.
In addition to the awards, guests at the event also managed to
raise a staggering £3,300 for charity through a
raffle and donations, which was matched by the Directors
to donate a total of £6,600 to the Care Professionals
Benevolent Fund – in addition to an additional
£3,300 which was donated to the National Association
for Providers of Activities for Older People (NAPA).
