At Hallmark we’re proud of the communities where we operate and are careful to help protect and preserve the local environment for the benefit of both our residents and staff.

In 2006, we launched ‘Hallmark Goes Green’ to address the ways our head office and care homes could adopt the best environmentally friendly concepts including reducing waste, composting, recycling and energy efficiency.

Since then we’ve adopted all sorts of green initiatives from washing clothes at lower temperatures to using low energy lightbulbs.

We also keep up to date with all new environmental policies and technological advances to make sure that any new homes we are building meet the highest possible environmental standards available.
