• Every year we hold our Care Awards Ceremony, which is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise excellence at an exclusive event held annually at a 5-star hotel in London.
• Our Hallmark in Bloom competition encourages our homes to make the most of their gardens for their residents’ enjoyment. Staff and residents work together to make their gardens look wonderful.
• Giving Back is an important part of what we do – visit our Giving Back web page to find out more about how our staff continuously strive to raise funds and support worthy causes.
• Our annual Hug Day is a day of fun and special activities. At the heart of the day is a simple message – hugging is a great way of showing you care!
• Our company magazine keeps staff aware of exciting news and events around the group.
