In 2007 Hallmark Healthcare opened 3 new flagship homes in Wales, which combine high quality design with innovative features such as air conditioning and an advanced sprinkler system for added safety. Ty Enfys opened in Cardiff early in the year, and was joined in December by Shire Hall in the Cardiff Bay area and Greenhill Manor in Merthyr Tydfil.

Our development of new build homes is powering forward into 2008.  In March our builders will be on site at the 80 bed Rugby home (pictured below). Subject to planning permission, work will start soon after on a new 60 bed home in Monmouth.  Our drive towards a true national coverage will continue with plans which are in progress for additional homes in Essex, Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset.

To give prospective customers a better idea of how our newest care homes will look and feel when completed, we create virtual tours. The tours will enable the viewer to take a detailed look round both the inside and outside of the care homes in development. The virtual tour available to view here is of Ty Enfys.
