Hallmark acquires springfield park
Hallmark Healthcare has acquired a new care home in Rochdale
as part of its multi-million pound expansion programme.
Springfield Park is the third home for Hallmark in the north
west of England. Other homes operated by the company in the region
are Apple Court in Warrington and Westwood Court in Winsford.

The 70-bed home specialises in the care of young disabled people
and the elderly. It is managed by Marylyn Beaumont, who has been
at Springfield Park for 17 years.
Traditionally, the home has always enjoyed full occupancy and
Marilyn believes that this is down to a number of reasons.
She said: “The home is in a beautiful location in the middle
of a park and overlooking a golf course. We have a loyal, long-serving
and highly motivated workforce and we are known for our high quality
care
“Springfield Park has always had a good reputation in the
community and now with the help and guidance of Hallmark Healthcare,
I expect us to flourish.”
For Avnish Goyal, managing director of Hallmark Healthcare, the
purchase of the Rochdale home represents another step forward
in his acquisition programme of high quality care homes.
He said: “We’re really pleased to have Springfield
Park on board. We’ve spent some time getting to know the
team and we’re looking forward to supporting them as they
start a new era under the Hallmark name.”
In addition to its acquisitions, Hallmark also has 12 sites in
England and Wales currently earmarked for the development of new
build homes.
