ten years and counting
for hallmark
In 2007, Hallmark Healthcare will mark 10 years in business
and we’re celebrating in style!
The company began when chairman Avnish Goyal and managing director,
Ram Goyal, purchased The
Hollies back in 1997.
In the ten years since, we’ve gone from strength to strength
with 23 care homes and a workforce in excess of 1,200. In the
last 12 months, we’ve also been recognised by The Sunday
Times in their prestigious list of Best
Companies To Work For.
In Avnish’s opinion, the achievements warrant a celebration.
He said: “We’ve come a long way in ten years, and
the next ten promise to be even more exciting, particularly with
our investment programme which will cement our status as one of
the leading providers of long term care in the UK.
“The reputation of Hallmark is dependent on our workforce,
and I am immensely proud of those people who go beyond the call
of duty to look after the people we care for. The 10-year anniversary
gives us at head office an opportunity to celebrate that commitment
and say thank you properly to everyone who has played a part in
our success story.
Employee holiday of a lifetime

One of the main celebrations of the year will be a Hallmark Healthcare
lottery in aid of NAPA, which will see one lucky employee jet
off into the sun for a holiday of a lifetime.
The holiday was bought at a charity auction in aid of Seeability
for £10,000 as part of Hallmark Healthcare’s commitment
to supporting good causes.
The winner – and his or her guest – will spend seven
memorable days at The Residence on the beautiful island of Mauritius.
Return flights – and your own personal butler – are
also included!
With nine spa rooms, one bar, three restaurants and an array
of boutiques, this five-star colonial style hotel offers the best
that money can buy. All this, coupled with a beachside location
on the eastern side of the island is promising our winner a holiday
to remember.
